ஆழ்கடல் means the deep sea

Azhkadal (say aazh-ka-dal) is Tamil for the deep sea: the dark, endless water where the real treasures hide.

That's how we make games. We dive deep into every idea, every creature and every little sound, so that you discover treasure.

How we make games

No sunlight reaches this deep. Your cursor is the light.

  • Made with heart

Every creature, sound and word is made with care, for people we'd love to play with.

  • Deep, not wide

We'd rather make one small thing wonderful than many things fine.

  • Play comes first

If it isn't fun to touch, poke and play with, it isn't finished yet.

  • Kind to everyone

Gentle games with settings that welcome everyone, and no tricks. Your time and your data stay yours.

The abyss · 4,000–6,000 m
